James is an operations executive with 26 years of experience in law and risk management, specializing in AI and automation in healthcare. He has modernized workflows, developed B2B platforms for document automation, and implemented AI-driven innovations. His work has impacted key players like MModal and Nuance, demonstrating his ability to create scalable systems that improve healthcare delivery. James graduated from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Tim Keough
President
Tim served as the Vice President of Health Information Services at NJHA since May 2006 and was President of AHIMA in 2022. He has a solid healthcare background in operations and revenue management. Tim earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration focused on healthcare and a Bachelor’s in Health Information Management. He is a certified RHIA and a Fellow of AHIMA.
